The Details/What to Expect:

This project is a gift of my time, skill, and love of coaching in order to get you to a breakthrough, deeply hear you, expand your possibilities, uplift your passion and values, and enhance your capacity for action and impact.

This project is open to you if you:

Have a deep desire to do good in the world.
Want something more than the results you’re currently getting.
Believe there is more to business than making a profit.
Value Connection, Growth, Wisdom, and Playfulness.
Either have a business, or dream of having a business that makes the world a better place.
Take responsibility for how you engage with the world.

This project is not for you if you:

Have no interest in leadership.
Think change can happen within your comfort zone.
You believe that humanity is doomed to repeat its history.
Think it’s a dog-eat-dog world.
Believe that the only way to win is to fight.

Collaborative Request: I ask that you please only book a spot if you are willing to get a little uncomfortable and take action as a result of the conversation. It doesn’t have to involve anyone else, but the purpose of this project is to increase the amount of authentic leadership in the world, and that can’t happen from insight alone. Leadership involves action, and comfort is the enemy of change. I’m not asking that you accomplish anything specific, only that you are willing to get uncomfortable and act

Calls are 90 minutes each and recorded for your personal reference.

2) Complete your questionnaire.

After you choose a time, you will be immediately sent to a questionnaire. Answer all the required questions to complete your application.

3) Take your time.

Not only do I really want to know what’s important to you so that I can best be of service to you, I also want to make sure that these calls go to people who really participate.

4) Submit for review

Coaching is collaborative work! If after reading your questionnaire, I don’t think that I’ll be the most effective coach for you, or that this project isn’t a good fit, I’ll kindly let you know and cancel our conversation.

If it seems like a good fit, you’ll receive a confirmation email 24 hours before your call containing my recommendations for getting the most out of your call.

I had the pleasure of doing a Session with Ben, which was my first ever coaching session. Not knowing what to expect or where to start, I appreciated the ease and warmth that Ben used to guide and build the conversation. The experience kindly challenged some beliefs I was using to stymie to my own action, while encouraging me to open myself, not only to my own potential, but to the impossibility of failure. A life-long entrepreneur himself, Ben Easter is a certified professional coach helping the entrepreneurially-minded to develop the inner resourcefulness they need to live life on their terms so that they can experience more meaning, impact, and fulfillment.

From his undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Religion, to his master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ben has devoted his life to understanding meaning and wisdom traditions.

During the years he spent recovering from a traumatic brain injury, he developed a keen understanding of human motivation, social dynamics, and emotional navigation. He now uses that understanding to help people breakthrough their limitations and unleash their inner badasses.
